Terms and conditions

By creating an account or buying on prostudypk.com you agree to these terms.

1. What you buy

Each purchase gives one student a personal licence to view and download the digital notes, model papers and other files listed for that subject or package, for Session 2026-27. Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR): Rs 499 per subject and Rs 1,100 per full group package, unless a different price is shown at checkout.

2. Personal use only

The files are for your own study. Sharing, selling, uploading or printing them for others is not allowed. Every downloaded PDF carries your name and a licence ID. Accounts found sharing files may be closed without a refund.

3. Payment

You can pay with JazzCash or Easypaisa, and by card when available. Your files unlock after the payment is confirmed, usually within 1–2 minutes.

4. Refund policy

ProStudy sells digital study material that unlocks as soon as your payment is confirmed, so it cannot be returned. Once your files are unlocked, the payment is not refundable. Please check the free sample answers and free MCQ tests before you buy.

We will fix your order or refund you if:

• you were charged twice for the same order;
• your payment went through but your files did not unlock within 24 hours;
• you paid for the wrong class, subject or medium and have not downloaded any file yet (we will switch it);
• a technical problem on our side stops you from using your files and we cannot solve it.

Send your order number (PS-…) and transaction ID on WhatsApp 0300-1775005 within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds go back to the same JazzCash, Easypaisa account or card within 7–10 working days. If you paid by card, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank.

5. Offers and discounts

Any discount or free trial shows its conditions and end date on the page before you pay. An offer cannot be added to an order after payment.

6. Content

ProStudy notes follow the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board (PCTB) syllabus for 2026-27. We work hard to keep them correct; if you find a mistake, tell us and we will correct it. ProStudy is an independent study platform and is not part of any board.
