Privacy policy

ProStudy collects only what is needed to run your account: your name, mobile number and password (stored securely by our login provider), your orders and payment transaction IDs, and download records (name, class and roll number you enter, and a licence ID printed on downloaded PDFs to prevent resale).

We use this information only to unlock your files, give support and stop illegal sharing. We do not sell your data. When an order is approved, the site may show a short note such as “Ali from BISE Lahore unlocked 10th Physics”, using only your first name, your board and the subject — never your surname, phone number or payment details. To turn this off for your orders, message us on WhatsApp. Payment messages from JazzCash / Easypaisa are matched with your order automatically. To delete your account, message us on WhatsApp 0300-1775005.
